The Telangana State has been chosen for the "Promising State of the Year" award by CNBC-TV18 2016 as part of the India Business Leader Awards (IBLA) instituted by the channel.In a communication to state government,CNBC-TV18 said the award would reaffirm India Business Leader Awards commitment to encouraging business leaders in India. The Minister for industries and IT K.T. Rama Rao has received the award on behalf of the state government of Telangana.
